Our Story
OB Woodcrafts was founded in 1999 in Bantry, West Cork. What started as a local kitchen and furniture business has grown into one of Cork and Kerry's most trusted specialists in bespoke kitchens and bespoke fitted furniture.
More than 25 years on, we've worked with over 2,500 customers across the region. Some are homeowners planning their first proper kitchen. Others are businesses fitting out offices or retail spaces. The job changes but the approach doesn't. Every project gets the same attention, from the first conversation to the final installation.
We're still family run and we plan to keep it that way. Our customers are the most important aspect of our design approach and we take great care to ensure our customers get a one on one personalised design.
What We Do
We specialise in bespoke kitchens across Cork and Kerry, creating made-to-measure fitted furniture for homes and businesses. Our full range of bespoke fitted furniture includes wardrobes, sliding wardrobes, living room storage, media walls, home offices, utility rooms and pantries.
Everything is made to measure. We design each piece around your space, your style and your budget, then we build it ourselves in our workshop in Bantry and fit it ourselves on site.
That end-to-end process is what sets us apart. You're not dealing with a salesperson who hands you over to a third-party fitter. One team. One point of contact. From start to finish.

Our Design Approach
Every project starts the same way. You get in touch, we arrange a showroom visit and discuss what you have in mind. We want to understand the practical stuff, how you use the space, what storage you need, what appliances you're keeping or replacing. But we also want to know what you're hoping it will feel like when it's done.
From there we put together a preliminary design and a rough estimate. If you're happy to proceed, we move on to detailed drawings and a full quotation. Once everything is agreed, our team gets to work in the workshop.
